Fishing with Captain Don…’The Soul Man’ in the San Francisco Bay in March 2017.
We were there for March break and my nephew invited us to go fishing.
I had never caught a shark before.
We were using Cut bait, and chumming, our captain set up the rods, it wasn’t long before the line started screaming off one of the reels.
It was a very long fight, it stayed down and thrashed, when we finally got it to the boat i was very surprised at the patterns and colours.
We managed to catch a few more sharks that day but this one was the wildest looking.
All were released.
The Fish Gods were good to the anglers that day.
