Lake Joe (Lake St Joseph, NW Ontario)
Jig and a minnow
Earl and his son were fishing a spot they call the meat hole
This spot was a big river flowing into the main lake, lots of current
They started catching fish almost as soon and their jigs made it to the bottom
After catching a pile of fish Earl leaned into something bigger, at first he thought northern?
When the walleye came up they were shocked to see it, and what was already in its mouth
The walleye had eaten a smaller walleye and then ate Earls jig.
A moment that will never been forgotten.
